Terms of Use

FEZ Driver is provided to authorised drivers, fleet staff, and administrators for legitimate transport and compliance work. You must use your own account, keep sign-in details secure, and report suspected unauthorised access.

Do not interact with the app while driving unless it is lawful and safe to do so. Stop in a safe location before reading detailed information, entering data, taking photographs, or completing job actions. The app does not replace professional judgement, road rules, or your organisation's safety procedures.

You are responsible for submitting accurate information, including duty events, vehicle checks, delivery evidence, job progress, and delay reports. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or unrelated content.

Some features depend on mobile data, location services, camera access, and connected transport systems. The app may show last-known information or queue selected evidence during a temporary outage. Confirm that important actions have synchronised and contact the transport office if status is unclear.

Your fleet or FEZ may suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse, respond to employment or contract changes, or comply with legal duties. An account-deletion request can be initiated in My Profile and will be handled according to the retention explanation in the privacy notice.

Features may be updated to improve safety, reliability, security, or legal compliance. Planned or emergency maintenance and third-party outages can affect availability. Report operational problems through in-app messaging or your fleet manager.
